The design acts as a semiconductor, linking the urban framework to the natural context, promoting harmony, wellness, and progress. The building's elevated massing allows for unobstructed site flow, integrating nature and human scale while fostering interaction.

The site is organized around a central passage connecting the urban area to the central park, flanked by interactive gardens. The building’s expressive entry focuses on art and culture, leading to a raised lobby surrounded by rooftop gardens. This design creates a seamless flow of people and energy, blending nature with the building’s technological function.
